I honestly wasn't sure if this would work, but I’m blown away by how quickly my dog figured it out! After a few days of consistent training, he started using the “ball” and “outside” buttons to let me know what he wants, the ball button is by far his favourite! It's like we’re having a little conversation! The toy itself is sturdy and easy to use, and he loves pressing the buttons—he even seems to take pride in it.
I was worried that he wouldn't get it or use it, but it’s actually been extremely helpful, especially when he needs to tell me when he needs to go out to the toilet. If you’re looking for a fun way to connect with your dog, I highly recommend giving this a try. It’s been a total game-changer for us!
I bought this Dog Communication Trainer for my boy, Denver, and I’m impressed with how quickly he picked it up. Within 30mins, he was already hitting the buttons and getting so excited to hear our voices come out of the button. After a few days, we recorded the buttons to say "dinner, outside and treat" and put the buttons near his bowl and the door, and this boy is obsessed haha. Let just say the dinner and treat buttons are getting a workout! After a week, we have put all the button back on the mat, and now he knows which one to press for the relevant action. I'm still in shock of how easy he picked this up, and that my dog is now communicating to me! This is the best purchase, highly recommend!
I had this in my cart for a year and a half before I felt justified to buy it. Don’t be me- just buy it lol. I have a 100 lb German shepherd. So obviously his poops are the size of my face when he goes. Now, he doesn’t often go while on walks since his schedule is regular and he goes before we leave. I thought it might still be nice to have in a backpack to pull out when we are on hikes or on walks where we are far from a trash can but need to haul the poop around. Well, in comes the dog I am watching for 6 months for a friend. She’s a 65lb shepherd lab mix with unidentified food sensitivities. She has learned to hold it in since she doesn’t like the turf at her house, then break up her massive crazy poops into about 5-6 regular poops on our walks to mark her territory. Not sure how she has that kind of control, but I was in over my head with dumps between these two dogs. Hauling back 7-8 bags of dung since there were no parks or stops in the whole tract. I bought this bad boy and haven’t looked back since. I did a lot of research comparing the other options. They were either cheap looking, unlined, no good attachment to fit it to the leash, or a hard plastic material that might be too hard to get larger droppings to fit in. This one in the heather grey was unassuming and I didn’t look like a crazy dog lady with it strapped to us. The leash connection was adjustable for me to fit it securely around her braided leather leash so that it doesn’t really slide around, and then I clipped the top to the handle. This bag is a great size in the sense that it holds all the bags with enough room to account for air I accidentally tie in so that it drops in the top easily. The can keeps its shape enough so that it’s not blowing out poop air if it squishes or knocks against something- but the cinch is secure and seems to seal it properly anyway soctjay I never smell it after I put it in. The bottom compartment is big enough to fit a few rolls of bags and dispenses them smoothly. The shape and attachment style of the can makes it so that not only is it not swinging around haphazardly, but if I suddenly need to switch my grip or hold the leash closer I can drop the handle and let the whole can angle upside down. I don’t have to worry about it opening or swinging or unattaching at all. And with the clip, you could definitely attach to a dogs harness or your own backpack or fanny pack as well if you’d like. The can does have residual stink after I dump the bags into the trash, but I leave the leashes in the garage (don’t smell it when I’m back in there for laundry) and by the next walk it doesn’t have any smell. The can is useful enough that when I’m done pet sitting I may give it a wash and then use it to hold my dogs tennis balls on walks. If your dog is a pooper on walks and you’re trying to be like me and not be a serial yard bomber anymore you need this can!!
Our McNab Shepard made a huge mess with his water. I’d keep a towel under his bowl, it was so bad. This bowl works! He still dribbles a little, but no huge mess anymore!
It’s well made works well on my leash def worth the $$
